- Learn new vinyasa-s to bring harmony in the cosmic elements ākāśa, vāyu, agni, ap, pṛthivi, during the ‘Sacred Spaces’ yoga retreat at Kasi
- With the trickling sounds of the Ganges as the backdrop, practice vinyasa krama to discover the underlying currents in the body
- Observe the presence of the cosmic elements in the body responding to Ganga and learn to cleanse using Ganga: the transformative force within
- Interact with the host on the significance of ‘Movement’ and ‘River’ in Yoga sutra to find permanent release from downward pulls
